Bioliquids-CHP

Power generation from biomass

Market potentials

Analyses of the developed technologies will be performed, based on experience gained from the other Work Packages. Additionally, the specific need of the target user groups concerning CHP capacities will be taken into consideration. The following aspects will be tackled:

Aston University has carried out a study on the status of biomass fuelled combined heat and power in two of the project partners’ countries – the UK and the Netherlands. The main findings are available in the paper presented by Aston University at the Bioten conference in September 2010. The paper will be available here when the proceedings of the Bioten conference are released.

At a later stage, this study will be completed with information about the status in Italy and Russia.
